Gaon Dekho offers a platform that promotes sustainable rural tourism and enables users to explore and book authentic village stays and experiences (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Services.

5. Booking and Payment

• All bookings for rural stays and experiences must be made through our official website: www.gaondekho.com.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

• Payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other options available on our platform.

• Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation via email or SMS.

• Please review the specific cancellation and refund terms listed on each experience or stay before booking.

6. Grievance Redressal and Escalation Policy

Any enquiry, escalation, or grievance must be submitted in writing or via email within 2 days of the incident. Only direct submissions by the customer will be considered valid.

By submitting content (e.g., reviews, photos), you grant Gaon Dekho a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display such content for service promotion and improvement.

8. User Responsibilities and Restrictions

While using the Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any laws or third-party rights.

• Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content.

• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the platform.

• Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity.

• Attempt to interfere with the platform’s functionality or security.

You agree to indemnify and hold Gaon Dekho and its affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from:

13. Limitation of Liability
